Can't Complete Achievement - Resilient Keystone

I have completed all Mythic+ dungeons on level 12, but I'm still missing the achievement Resilient Keystone 12We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
