Game overwrites brightness settings!

After launch WOW and stay inside the game, my notebook monitor's brightness will be overwritten to 100%.

Test case as follow (in Full screen mode):
1. In game -> 100%
2. Switch to desktop using Alt + Tab -> changed to default e.g. 40%
3. go back to the game -> 100%
Changed the config to Window mode
1. Normal, the brightness wouldn't be overwritten.
Tried to launch another game in Full screen mode e.g. Overwatch
1. Normal, the brightness wouldn't be overwritten.

Please advise how to fix this issue. It is very annoying to adjust the brightness in every time i want to launch the game or switching between desktop and game.

It is also blinding my eyes, and give a lot of glare.

My device - Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series
CPU - Intel Core(TM) i7-7700HQ
Graphic - Intel HD 630/ Nvidia GTX-1050-Ti
Resolution - 1920 x 1080

-All drivers and patches are up to date.

Hope you already got some great loots this week!

WoW can't change screen brightness itself, it can only change in-game brightness or gamma but it should looks like a little grey-y white instaed blind you.

You may check if there is any 3rd party application running behind to do so.

For example, Nvidia GeForce Experience, it would let brightness setting been overwritten. You could disable "Optimization" to prevent this value been changed when you launch WoW.

If you can't resovle this issue after change setting in Nvidia GeForce Experience, please continue following steps to close background programs, and restart your pc to let this step effect:
